Staff at the schools have a range of teaching, youth work and non teaching skills which provide a flexible work-force.
The curriculum is firmly embedded in the good practice of the 14 - 19 curriculum, SEAL, Back on Track and within many aspects of the National Curriculum.
Timeout Homes continues with education to post 16 students who are supported in their learning through local colleges, alternative providers or work related learning opportunities. Post 16 we like to prepare our Young people for work so that they are able to support themselves as much as possible in the wider society.
Students have access to classroom experiences and 1:1 teacher pupil ratio Married with alternative provision, delivered through our own staff team or through partner providers. Eg NVQ through horse riding and stable management.
The focus is on success, raising self-esteem and learning, which supports emotional and educational development

Activities where appropriate lead to external accreditation including NVQ's, Adult literacy and Numeracy, Entry level - level 2 qualification.
