Our dedicated team of Therapeutic Carers have helped support a young boy with extreme and complex behaviours. The young boy lived in one of our residential homes for over two years, where he was able to achieve many outcomes that he hadn't before, such as going to school, social clubs, attending an Olly Murr's concert. Within this period, we saw a dedicated team, work with the young boy and there was significant reduction in his incidents. At the beginning of his placement, the young boy was having up to four incidents a day, and towards the end of his placement with us, there were weeks without an incident at all!

The team were able to support the young boy to transition to a specialist placement to support his further needs.

During this time, the team achieved Outstanding in all three areas of their Ofsted inspection which was an incredible achievement for each and every single Therapeutic Carer's hard work and progress to be recognised.
