Finding The Right Home

We have a referral team dedicated to reviewing each referral from authorities, looking at the children's requirements and needs.  We ensure to find a child the right home in our care that can meet their needs and provide them with a safe therapeutic environment.

A child will always be able to visit their new home with us prior to moving in, and will meet their manager and team to build on the relationships and ensure the transition is as smooth and comfortable for the child as possible.

Success Stories

We are thrilled to share our experiences within the community, and we have done this by creating success stories. These stories are told by our care, education, and clinical teams, including the children we care for and pupils we educate.

Reflecting back on our people's and children's journey's, we're able to see how much progression each child and individual has made here at Timeout. We can clearly see this is due to the passion people retain for the organisation, and the incredible work completed to create outstanding outcomes.

Solo homes are homes with a maximum of one child living there. This can be due to the children's needs and allows our carers to focus primarily on the child's development, health, and care to achieve the best outcomes. Many of our solo homes are also registered as dual homes, meaning once the child progresses throughout their journey and is ready to socialise with a peer, another child can move in and provide this for each other.
