Kashif started his journey at Timeout as a carer working within our homes. He then transitioned to being a Teaching Assistant at Riverbank where he became a favourite amongst the children. After proving he was capable, reliable, and great at communicating with the children he was promoted to the Attendance & Intervention Officer.

In this role he works across all three schools directly with the children and their families to improve student attendance.
