No two months are the same at Timeout. We aim to provide a variety of programmes that cater to different needs and interests. From calming yoga workshops to invigorating cold water therapy sessions, we’re creating experiences that are both rejuvenating and unique for our staff.
What’s on the Wellness Menu?
1. Group Yoga Workshops
Yoga doesn’t just improve flexibility—it’s a powerful tool for reducing stress and promoting mindfulness. Our yoga workshops provide a space for our team to slow down, breathe deeply, and find their inner calm amidst busy schedules.

2. Cold Water Therapy Sessions
Cold water therapy has been found to enhance circulation, improve mental clarity, and strengthen resilience. For those feeling adventurous, these sessions offer a refreshing way to boost wellness.


3. Breathwork Classes
The simple act of breathing has remarkable benefits when practised with intention. Our breathwork classes teach foundational techniques to help employees manage stress, improve focus, and revitalise energy.

4. Fitness Challenges
Whether it’s a summer race like Total Warrior or a creative team fitness task, these challenges are all about working together, staying active, and celebrating our

Therapeutic Foraging and Cooking Workshops
Stepping into the calm of nature of Brearley Hall grounds to forage for unique ingredients, followed by a hands-on cooking class to create delectable meals. These experiences will encourage mindfulness, foster creativity, and provide an opportunity to reconnect with the environment. We also have guest speakers booked in to give workshops on various areas of wellness, including a resilience workshop and a nutrition coach.
